1- Shipping
The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated when placing the order or, where applicable, to the address indicated in the customer account.
Orders will be sent within a maximum period of 5-7 business days from formalization and full payment.
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, during promotions and/or sales times delivery may take up to 10 business days.
In the event of sudden or manifest impossibility of meeting the indicated deadlines, the client will be informed of this circumstance as soon as possible via email.
Complaints about orders (tarred product, wrong product, missing product...) will be accepted up to 30 days after this order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are totally free.
1.1. Shipping Zones.
COLDFRANK sends its products to the entire Iberian Peninsula as well as to the Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as to the cities of Ceuta and Melilla (due to the COVI-19 situation, delivery times to these last four locations are taking longer than usual. normal).
COLDFRANK also ships its products throughout the European Union.

Any claim made within a period of more than 14 calendar days from when the order should have been received will not be attended to.
2- Withdrawal, Exchanges and Returns.
2.1- USER'S Right of Withdrawal.
The USER has the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Returns covered by the withdrawal will not be accepted when it is found that the garments have been used, manipulated, damaged or any other analogous thing that prevents COLDFRANK from putting it on sale in identical conditions to those it did with the USER who exercises the withdrawal. .
The USER will be satisfied with all amounts and prices, although they will be responsible for the costs of return and making them available to COLDFRANK.
2.2- Changes and returns to the order.
In case of disagreement with the order received, the USER may, within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, communicate their intention to exchange, either for the same item in a different size, for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase whose exchange is intended, or for the amount of the garment, deducting the costs of managing the return.
If you choose the refund option, the refund period may be up to 15 days.
All costs generated as a result of the change or return of the order will be borne by the USER.
To communicate the desire for a return exchange, the user must communicate it to the email info@coldfrank.com
CO0LDFRANK reserves the right to not accept the exchange if, once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions, communicating the aforementioned incident to the USER.
Any exchange or return will be subject to the availability of the product as indicated in relation to AVAILABLE STOCK.
2.2.1- Exchange vouchers
If there is no stock at the time of the exchange or return request, a voucher will be delivered for the same amount as the purchase as long as the purchase is not canceled after being notified of the non-availability of stock to the USER. .
The voucher issued will be referenced and will not have an expiration date.
The voucher will ONLY be REDEEMABLE through the Website, and its exchange in physical stores will not be possible.
2.2.2- Return forms and deadlines
In the case of payment, the amount will be paid using the same means with which the purchase was made, whether PayPal, card or bank transfer. The payment cannot be made after 14 days from the date of placing the order.
In any case, the costs associated with changes and returns NOT CHARGED to COLDFRANK will be borne by the customer.
Shipments relating to returns or exchanges with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2.3 Return shipping methods.
During the return process you can choose to have a courier pick up the package at your home or leave it personally at a pick-up point.
3- LEGAL GUARANTEES
The products sold by COLDFRANK are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided for in articles 114 to 127 of the TRLDCU relating to guarantees and after-sales services and in the same way with regard to the perfection of contracts outside the commercial establishment and to the provisions in Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
3.1- COLDFRANK guarantee and commitment against any damage caused by the order
COLDFRANK undertakes to deliver a new product, in accordance with the purchase contract and free of defects, so that the product adapts to the performance that products of the same type are ordinarily intended for, and presents the characteristics described during its sale. .
In the event that the purchased product has deficiencies and/or defects and provided that it has not been manipulated, washed, etc. and does not respond to the ordinary use or ordinary disuse of the thing, COLDFRANK. It will assume the damage, empowering the USER to choose between repair or replacement of the purchased item. In the event that the repair or replacement with an identical product is impossible, the USER may demand the refund of the price paid and return the product, or, where appropriate, the replacement with another item for sale on the Website, seeing the difference paid. in case of being the chosen one with a lower price or the USER paying the increase if the value of the purchased one is higher.
In the event of the existence of hidden defects, what is indicated in the previous paragraph will apply.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law, although these conditions do not prevent the application, if any, and in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of more favorable provisions for the consumer as long as when these exist in full force in the legal system of the country of the consumer's domicile.

The USER may go to the courts and/or tribunals of his domicile or, where appropriate, to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
COLDFRANK may go to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
